Meet Libby Muney
About Me
I’m a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with both couples and individuals.
My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in what actually works — I want you to leave each session feeling seen, supported, and clear about your next steps.
I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, two of the most effective, research-backed ways to help couples strengthen their relationships, rebuild trust, and improve communication.
I’m also trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful tool for helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and painful past experiences.
In addition, I completed specialized training through Postpartum Support International’s Maternal Mental Health program, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals and couples before, during, and after pregnancy.
Whether you're looking for help with relationship challenges, healing from trauma, or emotional support during pregnancy and beyond, I’m here to walk with you through it.
